The Council website - upgraded for the first time in 8 years - is now alive and getting even more hits. If you have not already done so go to www.cairns.qld.gov.au and navigate your way through the new features. If you search for "sustainability" for example you will find all the wonderful initiatives that Council is driving. The television commercial promoting this site is now available on YouTube at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9KGaGvZCC8w.
It's really important that we get as many views as possible in the Your Say section so find some time to register and add your bit to the on-line discussion that is occurring. Comments will inform the Community Planning exercise that will continue early next year. |
