Cairns Regional Council has a portfolio of two dozen community halls, and all of them can be booked for community events. Council has spent money renovating a lot of these halls over the past three years and they are great spaces for all sorts of events: art workshops, showing films, rehearsing plays, holding meetings and functions, conducting tai chi, yoga or zumba classes.
